Everything Portfolio Lens does serves one goal: making what you already believe explicit enough to be tested.

Core capabilities

  • Company analysis

Structured pre-event analysis: why the event matters, what has to go right, the disclosures that will settle it, and where management's credibility sits.

  • Scenario framing

Bull, base, and bear paths stated with thresholds and preconditions, so the scenario is falsifiable rather than atmospheric.

  • Analyst panel review

A panel of analyst personas argues the same evidence and files separate memos, with a comparison across five dimensions and a stated consensus. Where they disagree, the minority read is surfaced above the summary rather than averaged into one confident-sounding answer.

  • Evidence trail

Every analysis names the filings and earnings calls it read and the financial statements it drew figures from, each figure labelled with its source and the date it was disclosed.

  • Earnings calls in full

Recent calls an analysis cites open in a segmented, speaker-labelled transcript viewer, so a quoted line can be read in the paragraph it came from. Downloadable as text.

  • Management credibility record

What management committed to previously, tracked quarter by quarter against what the later filings and calls actually show. Credibility is a record, not a tone of voice.

  • Thematic analysis

A living map of the narratives moving capital — regenerated weekly across eleven sectors with cited sources, rather than fixed at the time someone wrote a deck.

  • Portfolio exposure

Import a portfolio and get nine computed factors, a sector breakdown, per-theme exposure scoring, and a what-if construction sandbox. It measures exposure; it does not tell you to trade.

  • A daily brief, and your own copy

A short daily email of catalysts, filings and newly analysed podcast episodes for the companies and shows you follow. Any analysis exports as Markdown or CSV, or prints as a paginated report with a cover and contents.

Company accounts

A company account can add its own documents — board material, diligence, internal research — to a private library that only that company can reach. Each shared company analysis then carries a supplement grounded on those documents alongside it, and sources are labelled by tier so it is always clear which came from the public record and which from your own files.

The private library is never mixed into anyone else’s analysis, and it is never used to train anything. Members of a company account subscribe individually.

Why it holds up

The discipline behind the output

  • Dated, and left that way

Analysis is stamped with when it was produced and is not quietly rewritten afterwards. A view you cannot date is a view you cannot evaluate.

  • Falsifiable by construction

Each thesis names what would break it. If you cannot state that, you do not have a thesis — you have a preference.

  • Disagreement preserved

A minority bearish read is surfaced prominently rather than outvoted. The uncomfortable case is the one worth reading.
